Alison has worked with adults and children in various settings in the public and private healthcare sectors, including acute and community hospitals, early intervention centres and outpatient multidisciplinary clinics. Dedicated in improving clinical services for her clients and the community, Alison has contributed in hospital-wide training efforts and project initiatives at the national level, such as the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI). Alison is committed to furthering her skills to provide the best care possible for her clients.

Due to her prior experience in the early intervention setting, Alison has developed a strong clinical interest in early language development and managing speech sound disorders.
