Our Holistic Approach

Caregivers and parents play a crucial role in our Early Intervention Programme (EIP) as they spend the most time with the child. In order to ensure that the child applies what he/she learns in our centre to the home and school environment in Singapore, we aim to equip caregivers with the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently guide their child in doing so.

We will work with caregivers on areas such as:

Implementing Home-Based Activities
Creating a Supportive Environment at Home
Communication Strategies
Behaviour Management Techniques
Collaboration with School Professionals

By equipping caregivers and parents with these skills and knowledge, we aim to create a collaborative and supportive approach that maximises your child's progress and success across multiple environments. Together, we can create a positive and enriching experience that promotes holistic development and well-being for your child.

What does this mean for your child?

MindChamps Allied Care Early Intervention Programme (EIP) is designed to prepare your child for various educational pathways, ensuring readiness for mainstream or Special Education schools in Singapore.

At our centre, your child will receive personalised care from trained early intervention teachers and assistant teachers in a nurturing environment. You may also choose to tap on our multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Educational Therapists, Associate Psychologists, and registered Psychologists to work with your child according to their needs. This is subject to an additional fee.

Within 6 to 8 weeks of enrolment, you will receive an Individual Education Plan (IEP) tailored to your child.

The IEP guides our efforts in achieving specific goals aligned with your child’s developmental needs, as assessed by professionals and discussed with caregivers. We review and update this plan every 6 months at the Parents-Teacher Conference (PTC), ensuring continuous progress and alignment with your child's evolving needs and goals.
