Siti Juliana Binte Mohamed Ruslan Hadi

Juliana has been working as a pediatric occupational therapist since 2012. She previously worked in a community-based setting with children and adults with neurological, complex conditions and physical challenges. Her experience includes providing therapy for Early Intervention Program for Infants and Children (EIPIC), Special Education school (SPED)  and home-based therapy for children and adults with special needs. Juliana is passionate when working with children and advocates for client-centred approach in therapy. She ensures that families are involved in setting goals and be equipped with strategies to support their child’s development. Having had experience in running workshops and  talks for pediatric-related topics, she easily build rapport with families and believes in the importance of empowering them with useful tips to overcome various challenges.

 

​Apart from that, Juliana is familiar with assistive technology devices and upper limb management. She provides posture assessment and recommendations as well as mobility training for wheelchair users. She hopes that her experience will be able to help prepare families in supporting their children through fun and engaging daily experiences.
