Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Melbourne, providing her with a solid foundation in understanding child development and behavioural interventions. Cherie's journey in working with children with diverse needs has equipped her with experience and understanding of the importance of personalised support in fostering their growth and development.

Cherie is focused on creating inclusive and nurturing environments for our champs. In light of the transdisciplinary model, she strives to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including parents and therapists, to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) that cater to each child's strengths and challenges. Her approach emphasises the importance of building meaningful relationships and promoting social, emotional, and academic growth in every child.

Cherie's interventions also extend to techniques like (DIR) Floor Time Therapy, with an emphasis on child-led sessions that builds social interaction and communication with each child but also cater to their individual processing differences, promoting holistic development.
