Jaishree Rose Joleyn
Early Intervention Teacher
Rose has over a decade of experience in the education field, teaching and supporting students with diverse learning needs—from preschoolers to adolescents in both mainstream and Early Intervention (EI) settings.
She is committed to the unique journey of each child, advocating for the necessary time, space, and support from all stakeholders to unlock each student's full potential and achieve their personal goals. Rose champions the educational philosophy articulated by George Evans: "Every child CAN learn, just not on the same day or in the same way!" This belief drives her personalized approach to teaching, ensuring that each learning experience is tailored to the child's unique pace and style.
Her background in Early Childhood Education has underscored the value of sensory play, which enables children to engage with and understand their environment through diverse sensory experiences. Sensory play not only fosters creativity and imagination but is also therapeutic, nurturing the children’s senses in a way that complements their individual learning journeys.
By integrating sensory play into her educational practice, Rose supports her belief that children learn in different ways, thus providing a rich, adaptable framework that encourages every child to explore, discover, and grow according to their own rhythm.
