Soo Soo’s journey in special needs education began with her deep interest in supporting unique learning styles, starting with her efforts to help children overcome challenges related to reading and comprehension. This led her to attain certification in the Orton-Gillingham Approach, which is designed to assist children in navigating these learning hurdles. Inspired to broaden her impact, Soo Soo pursued an Advanced Diploma in Special Needs Education, committing to enhance educational outcomes for all children.
During her time as a teacher's aide in a special needs school, Soo Soo witnessed firsthand the diverse challenges these children and their families encounter daily. These experiences solidified her resolve to advocate for and implement educational practices that foster positive development and community integration.

Soo Soo is dedicated to ensuring every child is recognized for their individual abilities and receives the educational support tailored to their specific needs. Her approach is grounded in the belief that all children, including those who learn differently due to various developmental considerations, have the right to an education that celebrates their unique strengths and potential. Her professional background has equipped her with the tools to see beyond the challenges to the possibilities, helping each child to thrive in their own way.

As she continues her career, Soo Soo remains passionate about advancing inclusive education and empowering every student to achieve their fullest potential.
