Ms Loh Li Nah
Senior Counsellor
With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health and education profession, Li Nah has extensive therapeutic experience working with individuals facing stress, anxiety issues, depressive moods, trauma, bereavement, and academic challenges.
She also helps coach students with special educational needs in emotional regulation and academic challenges. Apart from providing individual and group counselling and consultations, she also conducts public talks for parents, webinars and workshops in schools and corporate settings, and lectures for beginning counsellors.
Li Nah holds a Master of Social Science (Counselling), A Post-Graduate Diploma in education (Primary) and a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science in Psychology and Sociology.
She is also trained in Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Mindfulness. She uses a variety of experiential techniques and therapeutic tools in her counselling practice.
During the pandemic, Li Nah was awarded the Covid-19 Recognition Award 2020 and I-CARE Award 2021 in her previous employment in a local polytechnic – a testament to her expertise and dedication.
